It’s cold out here in uncertainty, How can one person truly love some other self? Maybe we’re just complicating to survive mortal consciousness, I’m scared the chemical that loves may simply leave my head, And drying out, I look at you and long to understand. Let me warm your heart, I’m freezing cold, but it’s a start, Come and talk to me, I try to speak, but I’m better listening. I’m trying to be here, And sometimes, it feels real, But I’m never here all the way, Behind my closed eyes, I’m living a thousand lives, And sometimes you’re in them, And sometimes you never were. I already miss you, You smile back up at me. I believe I’m cornered in love; fade. I’m cornered in love, without faith. Catch me, Falling, Child, Dreamer. So let me warm your heart, I’m freezing cold, but it’s a start. So let me warm your heart, I’m freezing cold, but it’s a start. But even as I look at you, I’m drifting, And even as I look at you, I’m drifting, And as I look at you, I’m drifting, I’m drifting out, I’m drifting out to sea.

River 04:38
You’re never gonna feel it again, Childhood had faded, but when? Lay awake each night to pretend, That life I knew will never end. My emotions are wrong; weigh them again, Recalculate the dosage and send me on my way. You’re never gonna feel it again, Childhood had faded, but when? I’m taking the long way home.

White Lodge 06:42
The day is passing out of reach, Night entombs me gracefully. Gentle Sun leans in, But my lips are dry and crumbling. Old thoughts rustle in the breeze upon the ground. (Grey-shroud figure, now small and frail), Statue of past things, Adorn this brief, ringed emptiness of trees. Statue of past things, bathing in cool starlight forever, This world of green light, where does the earth go when it dies? They are passing out of reach, Through the trees and to the sea. White ships light my memory, Wish I didn’t live asleep. The day is passing out of reach, When will I get back on my feet? There once was a beautiful place of great goodness, Deep within the endless firs. Golden light, shimmering laughter of spirits, And when it rained, life was free. Deep within the slumbering stone lights a flicker, Of a distant age that forgot it here. A gathering of its embrittled senses, Suddenly an urge to see. Deep within the endless firs of the forest, (The day is passing out of reach), The sleeping stone was remembering. (When will I get back on my feet?), Look around, find your home unfamiliar, (A momentary vision; red curtain flutters; no wind), Upon the ground, reclaimed parts of me. Lift my head, (A momentary vision; Great Owl, won't you sing?), I lift my head, Look around, (Am I alone in darkness?), I look ahead, (The veil of trees; do not wander), I take a step, (You must not leave your station), I don’t turn around, (Great Owl, won't you guide my fall and protect me from waking?), I’m real again, (Now you're a fading vision), I'm awake again. (Shaken from a dream). Faster now, I’m walking now, Starts to rain, don’t know the way, I’m running now, there’s light ahead, Rain turns to glass, push it aside and find a white door.

Shoegaze 03:12
Crashing, floating, She smiles, turning, Tide falls, we lie down, Perfect, but we still find a way, To darken up the day. She signals she’s ok, But as I look over, she turns her face away. Breeze picks up, a cloud hangs down, We’ll share our warmth, but it won’t last for long. Out here in the real world, The waves are coming to beat us into sand. Sometimes it’s enough, But love is hard for us. You see it too. Please enjoy this day with me, Happy as can be, As we can be. And the summer’s slipping quietly into deep hues and cool-air dreams; Fading memories. Crashing, floating, She smiles in my dreams.

Shigawire 07:35
Beyond this blue shoreline, To white mountains so far away, A smooth ocean, train gliding, To send spirits home from their day. Small houses, passing islands, Gentle waves reaching their shores, Silent lawns, empty benches, Six stations, then we may pause. Vague feeling like I’d known this one before, A half remembered subtle thing. The sun streams in, Warm breezes. Young evening, Blush sweetly. Shadow people shrouding the platform slowly dissipate, Into realms where shadows go when daylight grows heavy. All land is just an island, Gentle waves reaching its shore, Silent lawns, empty windows, Six stations, then we may pause. The sky is burning out now, Reflections touched by stars. Look at me. Neon. Lights the way, Through the night. Take my hand, you’ll be alright. No shadow’s lonely when it reaches the night. Will you help me overcome my fear? Be there when it’s near. I hope it’s far off, Some distant summer evening as the colors start to fade, The shigawire breaks. Take my hand and walk with me, In the twilight in between. And we shall pass beyond the sea. But now lay your head and go to sleep. Do I love another, To cease my emptiness? Do I confide beauty, To ease my loneliness? Is consciousness borrowed, By minds that are compatible? Does it transcend or just exist in my head, To cease my emptiness? Beyond this blue shoreline, To white mountains so far away, A smooth ocean train, gliding, To send spirits on their way.

Burning vision, what do you see? Red-haired lady, from across my dream. The weight of this collision, The infection is deep. The ocean pulls me under. Do I struggle to be free?

Dreamer 10:04
Moving slowly, Through your darkened room. A vision. I’m sorry for us. You recede. A brilliant morning, An ocean of gold. Your face to the breeze, Mine dwindles inward. And even as I look at you, I’m drifting. And even as I look at you, We’re drifting out to sea. A great tower looms. From beyond it, away, You hear new music. I’ve ceased to pray. Eble, Eble, Ĉi tiu ej-o estas tombo. Vi pravas take me away. She changes in the light of the new day. My eyes are burning, Do you feel it too? You press me but I have nothing to say. Your ever-shifting, Has eroded me. How can we carry on like this, if you’re carrying both of us, 'Cause my legs failed, Hope failed, Heart has failed. Dreamer, how can I dream with you, When my logical mind impairs, And leaves me, Dreamless, Too aware. Eble, Eble, Ĉi tiu ej-o estas tombo. Mi petas take me away. We wander in the light of the new day. Sun is blinding, Keep me asleep. I stumble and remain where I land. Cannot find you, Have you wandered from me? Have we achieved reality if the moment is already gone? Did you see me, Standing, My face to the wind? Dreamer, how can I dream with you, When my logical mind impairs, And leaves me, Dreamless, Too aware. And even as I look at you... Two Rings for the lost ones, under skies of grey, Two homes to return to, at the close of day. She said, She said maybe things are nicer, When they’re just a dream.
